Tacoma City Council Meetings are regularly held every Tuesday at 5 p.m. with in-person and virtual options to attend.

Hybrid meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month for the purpose of planning and fundraising for City-hosted observation and recognition events.

Planning Commission meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

The Library Board of Trustees meet at branch libraries every third Wednesday of the month.

The Transportation Commission holds hybrid meetings every third Wednesday of the month.

The Climate and Sustainability Commission oversees implementation of Tacoma’s Climate Action Plan as the City and community reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
